Select A Superman Wall Mural For Your Boy’s Bedroom

If you have a child who is a Superman fan, then you may want to consider decorating his or her room in a superman theme. A beginning point for this decoration, may be a life sized Superman Wall Mural.

The Superman wall mural is the perfect starting point. You may want just the “S” symbol in its yellow triangular background or you may want to choose the Super hero himself. Best of all, if your child outgrows his love of Superman, the mural can be removed without leaving any sticky residue or other mess. This also makes it great for persons that live in rental properties who are not allowed to paint or add wall paper to the walls.

If you want to continue in the Superman theme, do not stop with just the wall mural. You will find many other decorations that are available in your theme, including bedding, curtains, rugs and pillows all in the familiar blue, red and yellow.

Bedding is available in sizes for toddler or twin beds. You will find that there are sheets, pillow cases and comforters available in both sizes. In addition, you may want to add some plush figures that will fit into the decor of the room.

A quick change that almost anyone can do is to replace the switch cover using a Superman switch plate. All that is required is removal of two screws with any standard flat head screwdriver.

When the lights go out, you child can rest peacefully knowing that Superman is still watching over his room if you provide him with a nightlight with his favorite action hero on the cover.

For the true fan, no ordinary piggy bank will do, instead your child will want to keep his savings in the Superhero bank. There is no safer place to store your money than with this guy.

Choose an alarm clock or a wall clock that also in theme for your room. Alarm clocks are available with twin bells in several themes. Wall clocks are available in the yellow triangle with an “S” in the center.

All of these decorations can take a room that is dull lifeless white and change it in just a few minutes to one of Superman’s favorite hang outs. Add a small storage cabinet in the corner that you have painted as a phone booth and Clark Kent can quickly make his change into the Superhero.

In addition, your child will want to have lots of Superman action figures and of course, will need his television and DVD player with recordings of the action hero that he can watch when things slow down a bit.

You may also want to include some of Superman’s arch enemies. After all, a super hero needs to have someone to take down.

When the child reaches the teen years and feels that Superman is no longer cool, then pack up the decorations and remove the murals from the walls. Be sure to save them, because superman may be back in when it is time to start college.
